Catch Me Now

Catch Me Now

On Sunday, January 18, our family and friends gathered to worship in Sacrament Meeting. We also spoke in the meeting, giving our missionary farewell message. During the meeting, our daughters and granddaughters performed an original song written and composed by our eldest daughter Sarah. Later, at my Dad’s home, they performed it again so we could better hear the message.

Sarah said this song was written as a dedication to us as we serve in Africa. When we listened closer to its message of stepping out in faith that Someone will catch us, its power became evident. Thank you, Sarah, for your encouragement and faith in us. Thanks to all our family for your kindness and support.

  1. You’ve transformed this website! Amazing job, Dad. Thanks for posting and editing the Catch Me Now song. I love what you’ve done adding the family pics and painting of the resurrected Christ at the end. Bless you both as you embark on this incredible journey tomorrow! You mean so much to us and it suddenly seems like you’re gone too soon. I can’t tell you how much you’ll be missed and what you’ve meant to my life personally. Words fail me there. But we sure are proud of you. As my mission president’s wife would say: “Go give ‘em Heaven!” Love, Sarah
